Terms of the HL-KR Alliance Treaty

Agreement of Alliance between the Hanseatic League and the Kaiserreich

Hanseatic Leagues added terms:
-The independence of the Hanseatic League is guaranteed by the KR

-KR can't interfere with Hanseatic operations, and politics

-KR agrees to cease all actions to make the League into a protectorate, or incorporate Hanseatic society into the KR as a puppet

-A Non-aggression pact

-Every month the foreign ministers for the Hanseatic League and the Kaiserreich will convene to announce and inform each other on each government's actions for that month to avoid conflicting action from both sides, and to figure out if the other could assist in any way

-The KR can't make any future attempts to annex or puppet the Hanseatic League

-No user may hold a government position in both regions at the same time

Preamble:
The Hanseatic League and the Kaiserreich, hereinafter referred to as "the Parties," reaffirming their commitment to peace and stability in the region, and recognizing the mutual benefits of cooperation and collaboration, hereby establish a political alliance.

Article 1: Purpose of the Alliance
The purpose of this alliance is to promote political, economic, and social cooperation between the Parties and to strengthen their friendship and solidarity.

Article 2: Mutual Defense

Section 1:
The Parties agree to consult with each other immediately in the event of a threat to their territorial integrity, political independence, or security. They also agree to provide each other with any assistance that may be necessary to defend themselves against such a threat, and restore and maintain the security of the Parties.

Section 2:
The Parties agree to provide each other with military aid, as may be necessary for the defense of either Party.

Article 3: Joint Policies
The Parties agree to consult with each other on matters of mutual concern, including international relations, and human rights. They also agree to coordinate their policies and actions whenever possible.

Article 4: Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between the Parties as a result of this agreement shall be resolved through peaceful means, including negotiation, mediation, or other means agreed upon by the Parties.

Article 5: Termination
This agreement shall remain in force until terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties. Either Party may terminate this agreement by giving six months' written notice to the other Party.
