Basics of how the democracy of the republic works

This is the official document describing the overview of the government of the Republic of Bogestan, issued under the agreement of all the people in the administrated territories in tandem by the Blue House of Government Management of the Republic of Bogestan and the Great Bogestanian Board. This document is NOT a law and/or part of the Constitution, rather it is an official description of the inner workings of the government based on and only on the current laws and Constiutuion as of 17.11.2023 (read "The seventeenth of November, two thousand twenty third year").

The Republic of Bogestan declares itself as a democratic country. According to the laws, everyone starting from the age of 18 are able to vote on the changes of the republic. Votes are held for most, if not all, cases, including: the election of a new president, the election of the Great Board, passing a new law, updating the old laws, and resolving certain situations where the government interference is required. Everyone has the ability to openly and publicly speak their opinion and criticise on everything, including the republic's government, as long as it does not go against the set laws of the republic (for exmple, protestants should not attack the buildings or hurt anyone, often including themselves).

The control over the country is given to the President, usually residing in the Blue House of Government Management of the Republic of Bogestan (often refered to just as "the Blue House"), and the Great Bogestanian Board (sometimes refered to just as "the Great Board", or "Bogestanian Parlament" by other countries). Both the President and the Great Board share equal power. Their abilities include, but not limited to: proposing a new law, proposing a Constitution amendment and issuing reports by themselves, and releasing documents, declaring the state of emergency, being in war and signing peace under their mutual agreement. As everybody else, they obey the laws and the Constitution and face consequences upon violating them, including the law "About the presidential governance" and the law "About the governance under the Great Bogestanian Board".

The President and the Great Board are chosen during the annual elections by the people. The elections are held every 3 years. One person cannot be a President or part of the Great Board for more than 6 years. If the limit is reached, they are not able to be in charge of the government until 3 years have passed.
