Now Mergold-Aurlia controls the entire island-mainland Flamen, thanks to its armed forces, and has achieved its main goal - Flamen, united and indivisible!
But at the same time, the original territories of Mergold-Aurlia make up only 20% of all current territories of the empire, and separatist movements are growing along with discontent with absolutism in their native lands. As a result, the government is now in an extremely precarious position, relying on troops scattered throughout the empire. To improve the situation, a “democratic” government was created, and the empire was renamed a constitutional monarchy, although everyone knows that democracy is just a non-working façade hiding an authoritarian government.

But despite the apparent helplessness of the Prime Minister, he is not at all defenseless, because having gathered support from all corners of Flamen, he gradually becomes the head of the opposition and separatists, and his removal could plunge the entire empire into chaos. So relations between parliament and the king's council continue to strain as they issue conflicting decrees and fight for power, the economy suffering from the consequences of Flamen plan of autarky.

After the completion of the campaign to capture Flamen and the attack on the states of the Serud Peninsula, the whole world expressed its concern about the situation in the Flamen sector and put forward demands for the liberation of the captured countries, to which the empire responded by starting privatization and going into autarky, simultaneously breaking off almost all ties with the outside world.
But it soon became clear that the government was corrupt, and autarky in conditions of general discontent and uprisings was simply impossible, and although Flamen is rich in resources, they are not used due to the tension of the situation and attempts to gain independence of states destroyed by the empire. Now the economy is in a deep recession and state privatization is being destroyed, because privatized factories are becoming the target of rebels and protesters.
Only time will tell whether the empire will be able to survive or fall into anarchy.
