Welcome to the third edition of the Regional Assembly Digest. These reports will give you a brief overview of Weekly RA Business.
A list of proposals that have passed and failed this past week.
PASSED: Motion to exempt The Communist Bloc, The Brotherhood of Malice, The Black Hawks, Sparkalia, and all regions which meet certain qualifications from legal prohibitions on members of the North Pacific Army performing class B restricted actions. The motion was passed with 40 Ayes to 2 Nays, with 12 abstentions.

IN DISCUSSION: Endorsement Simplification Act - A legislative bill to reform the endorsement threshold system. The debate thread for this motion can be found

IN DISCUSSION: Motion for an RA commendation of Pallaith: A motion to formally commend Pallaith for their service to the region. The debate thread for this motion can be found here.
IN DISCUSSION: End Justice Act - A legislative bill (with an additional constitutional amendment) to abolish judicial elections and replace them with a Delegate appointment system for Court Justices, confirmed by a two-thirds majority of the Regional Assembly.
