Federal Council of Ministers

This is a Draft for the new executive branch and is not yet enacted as legislation!

Act. I
The Council will be made up of three Ministers elected every 3 months. The Council Ministers will be made up of three members of 3 different parties in order to accurately represent all peoples of the Region.

Act. II
The Ministers will each have a month holding the chief powers of the Council, powers will be defined later in a listed article. The chief Councilor will have the title of ''General Councilor'', while the other two will have the title of either ''Council Secretary'', and ''Council Deputy''.

Art.III
The Powers of the Council will be divided as such, 2/4s of the Councils power will go to the General Councilor, 1/4 to the Council Secretary, and 1/4 to the Council Deputy. With the General Councilor holding a sole majority of power it is expected the Council Secretary, and Council Deputy work together to keep the General Councilor in check, and preserve the Democracy. If the General Councilor at anytime is abusing powers to promote self gain the Council can vote them out of Office, in which case the current Monarch will fill in as a Council Minister until the next election.
