This bill seeks to establish a new type of proposal to congratulate individuals on their positive efforts or to put light on an individual's negative efforts through a vote in the Angelic Assembly.

1. This law hereby establishes two new categories of proposals in the Angelic Assembly: Exaltations and Damnations.

2. An exaltation shall be defined as an award for an individual's exceptional positive efforts.

3. A damnation shall be defined as a measure of disapproval of an individual's exceptional negative efforts.

4. In an exaltation, the following areas are able to be considered as a factor for the law:

   1. Work in the Astorian Government

   2. Work in the Angelic Assembly

   3. Work in the Astorian Radiant Cavalry

   4. Actions in the Regional Roleplay

5. In a damnation, the following area is able to be considered as a factor for the law:

   1. Actions in the Regional Roleplay

6. Exalted individuals may attach "the Exalted" to their names.

7. Damned individuals may attach "the Damned" to their names.

8. Any angel may present to the Angelic Assembly an Exaltation or Damnation proposal.

9. Proposals must lay out the reasons for Exaltation or Damnation in a clear and orderly format.

10. Proposals shall be debated and voted on as normal legislation, and must be confirmed by the Astra Deus upon passing.
