Case Overview
Background: Recently, Supreme Intercessor and current Harbinger Arstoskiano approached the Tribunal to inquire as to the legality of the "Treaty of Furrystonia," which was signed by the Archkeeper Rosartemis in the #general chat in the Astorian discord by both parties. Rosa cited her power as the then Prime Minister to pass the treaty without a vote

Ruling
Of course it's not f*cking legal.

Reasoning
We gave this case about as much seriousness as it deserved, which is to say none. This treaty was very obviously a joke, and has not been acknowledged by the government as a whole as a legitimate treaty. As stated in Article V, Section 4 of the Constitution, "No treaty will come into force until it has been ratified by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the Angelic Assembly and signed off by the Astra Deus." None of this occured. As such, the Tribunal rules it null and void, never to have happened, additionally overruling the withdrawl clauses in the treaty itself.
The Tribunal would also like to take this opportunity to remind the Astorian populace that the Tribunal is not for frivolous affairs. Please utilize common sense when submitting. In the future, we will be denying cases if we feel it does not reach the standard of the Tribunal. Thank you.
