Why do I need Angelhood?

Astoria is a democracy and angelhood (official citizenship in the Celestial Order) is required in order to vote or stand in elections. This is to avoid election fraud. Without a process to verify accounts in order to vote, any resident could vote multiple times using multiple puppet nations.

What does angelhood allow me to do?

As an angel you can:

1. Vote in elections.

2. Hold public office.

3. Debate and vote on legislation.

Who is eligible to become an Angel?

In order to apply for angelhood, you must meet the following requirements:

1. You must have a nation in Astoria.

2. You must not have more than one account on our regional forum (Administrators may grant exemptions under special circumstances).

3. You must not use a proxy server.

4. You must not pose a threat to regional security, as determined by the Astra Deus.

What is the World Assembly?

 The World Assembly is the world's governing body. It's your chance to mold the world to your vision, by voting for resolutions you like and scuttling the rest.

In NationStates there are two main benefits to WA membership: you can vote on resolutions, and you can give and receive endorsements to and from other nations in your region, which determines who is the WA Delegate.

Why should I join the WA?

In Astoria joining the World Assembly and endorsing Koronic gives you a boost:

1. By joining the WA and endorsing Koronic you increase our power in the WA, making our region stronger, more respected and secure while also increasing the influence of your nation.
