Summary:
Sivulika (Sikuoqaasii: Sivulliik, ᔅᐃᕗᓪᓖᐃᒃ ), officially the Republic of Sivulika (Sikuoqaasii: Kunngiitsuuffik Sivulliik, ᑯᙲᐃᑦᓲᐆᐃᒃ ᔅᐃᕗᓪᓖᐃᒃ ) is a artic country in northern Nonisco and is the continent's most sparsely populated country. The Republic has two offical capitals as stated in the November 1912 constitution. The largest settlement is the city of Wellspring where the Republic was proclaimed, serving as the political and economial hub as well as the de facto capital of the Republic. Wellspring is home to about 36% of the country's roughly 590,000 residents. The second capital is the settlement of Kangiqlukvut, meaning 'Our Bay' in Sikuoqaasii, which is home to the majority of the native Meeqqat population and serves as the cultural hub of the Republic. The official languages of the country is the native Sikuoqaasii language and the pidgin language of Marruukoqaasii which is a combination of Sikuoqaasii and the other official language, Valish.
