A Forest fire (With Forest capitalized)

If you say you start a forest fire, you're a criminal.
But, if you capitalize Forest, suddenly, it turns into a region's name. (If you aren't familiar with the region Forest, click an instance of Forest capitalized or contextually a proper noun)
The reason this is important is because Forest is well, based around forests. And starting a forest fire there would definitely get the WA mad, especially the members concerned with the environment. It isn't just Forest that has environmentally concerned WA members. There is no real definite example, but just trust the statement that there is one.
Furthermore, because you are trying to burn down several nations with a Forest fire, because Forest is a region, you are now an international criminal.
Now the WA hates you. That's what you get for burning down nations.
