The First OJ World Census Awards
The GC Awards is awards to nations of OJ that are shown to top the world census charts multiple times. Starting on May 7, 2024, the GC will keep track of the world census and make note of the top 5 nations for every category.
Note: This is new. This might take several days to flesh out.
Note: Considering I'm one person, this may not be updated consistently.

We have an issue.
I want nations to be able to change their outcomes with this census ranking through changing their policies. You can't change your nation name (besides capitalizing) in the game. It would be stupid to come in second all because your name started with an X.
I'm no longer going to consider the alphabetical order census due to the reasons mentioned above.

Unfortunately, this first update isn't a fun one. I'm removing the score board for every census report. If we were to include this for every report, the list would become too long. This also makes it more complicated to do calculations (having to pop down a spoiler to get points to total is annoying).
Instead, I migrated everything to a Google Spreadsheets. This'll be much easier to organize and calculate points. It might also give me some other calculation options so we're not going purely off score. I think it would make this more interesting and fun. Just depends on time and effort to implement anything like that.
NEW: Leaderboard Streak List
The streak list keeps track of each consecutive time you make the board. This gives nations a way to compare each other. This includes ranks as of May 10th and going forward (excludes first two ranks as of right now).
I'll keep making changes where needed to get this fleshed out.
