Legal Code HRC 16 - Drug Reforms

A controversial law passed (51-49) in the Sydiyian Legislature, making the use of methamphetamine legal for use. This has been criticised from a health and safety view, but the proceeds from this trade will be used to fund rehabilitation centres.
