1. National Railway System is running by the National Railway General Corporation and its branch companies.
2. The National Railway General Corporation is a wholly state-owned company established with the approval of the Supreme People's Assembly and in accordance with the "Company Law of the DPRK", managed by the Central People's Government and state controlled the 75% of shares. The registered capital is 200 billion DPRK Yuan.
3. The Ministry of Finance is the legal representative of the enterprise.
4. National Railway System carries travellers and cargo transform businesses, each branch company has self pricing right in its regulating area. But the General Corporation has the supreme pricing right.
