Which is why I use http://www.mwq.dds.nl/ns/results/ (and the "All Issues" thread at times) to check whether or not option results will be stupid because if they are I can just dismiss it

an endorsement cap (endocap) is a limit on the endorsements a member of a region is allowed to have, usually to prevent accidental delegate overthrow afaik. i presumed your statement was a sort of correction on the matter, do correct me if i’m wrong.

My point was we shouldn't be felt compelled to endorse anyone. I've been banned from 3 regions in 3 days for not endorsing their "chosen leader" I'll endorsed who my ethics dictate I should endorse

Bit of derailing from the main topic (the discussion was about someone asking others to unendorse so that they get below the endocap, not freedom of endorsement) but okay. Since I feel like talking, I'll still answer your point nonetheless.
I agree that we should endorse people based on our own ethics and morals and what not, but I see no problem in persuading people to endorse delegates and vice delegates. It's not like they are forced to endorse. I mean, it's their region, their rules. If you don't like that, either persuade others to start a revolution (the same action of compelling on others you condemn) in the regional laws or leave. Either way, the regional managers have the right to kick you out because they own the region anyway. Also, why is Kethania disagreeable for your ethics?

In short (now that I think about it, reading this part is better than reading my text above):
- Persuation of endorsing the delegate isn't forceful tyranny because you're not automatically forcing nations to endorse and you're not inflicting some fear over nations to make them feel compelled to endorse.
- You have the right to endorse and not endorse anyone you like, but the region also have the right to kick you out.
Something like that. Probably.

(Edit: forgot to mention that, you can still exist here. just under 10 endorsements. yay)

it looks like at least one of the regions you were in was small enough to have only three endorsements on their delegate--if you as a WA nation join a region that tiny and don't help out by endorsing their delegate, which is considered more or less the ground floor minimum for joining a regional community, they're going to avoid what they see as a risk of a raid by tossing you out. the bloc is big enough that it's more of a your loss situation wrt endorsements, but being snarky and declaratory on the rmb about it is rude and unnecessary, like walking into a restaurant and yelling to everyone that you're not going to tip the waiter. we're perfectly happy to have you but it'd be nice if you could start off on a better foot
