Culinary Contest South Pacific (Canora)

Link
Canora is the Sempi national dish, made of clams, Sempi Salmon, pineapple, and Bonoris (Sempi plant) leaves, (Bonoris tastes somewhat like nettle) with a touch of salt and soy sauce. Canora is always cooked hot, then, you put the leaves and pineapple aswell as the sauce. Salmon is smoked, leaves go next to clams, meanwhile, you put 2 clams on top of the clams (centered) to put more leaves, the pineapple, and the salmon. Soy sauce is put on the plate. The Canora is a cultural dish, used in many celebrations (usually) but can also be eaten whenever you like. It has become a sense of peace and unity, after a hard history.
