It is not compulsory, however recommended, that the Regional Anthem will be sung instead of playing the instrumental. In public venues (i.e.: sports events, inter-regional diplomacy), only the first verse and chorus will be sung. For traditional purposes (i.e.: assembly sessions, political rallies, internal affairs), it is common practice to sing the entire anthem.
