When a Kingdom Dissolves

Demonvine started out as a kingdom ruled by a King and having a Queen at his side. The king would answer to the peasants issues and also listen to the nobles of the kingdom to form his judgments. one day the king decided to sign his kingdom over and dissolve it into a federation but he wouldnt allow the parliamentary part to go, he signed an emergency order to keep it in place during the switch.
