Demographics of Geonomia

Geotarikans, Nomians and Geo-Mazerians are all Amer-Indians descended from the Dorsets, a race of natives that in our timeline were wiped out by the Inuits in by 1300 AD

In the Geonomian Timeline, the Dorsets went south to the St. Lawrence Basin, the Connecticut River Valley, Massachusett Bay, and the Great Lakes between 400 BC-100 AD and split up into the Nomians, Mazerians and Geotarikans by 150 AD, when the first Nomian records come from.

Geotarikans went on to conquer the Great Lakes, Ohio River Valley and the Nomian and Mazerian Kingdoms.

In Geonomica, Geotarikans and Nomians would mingle together until they became one race called Geonomians while Geotarikans and Mazerians would make a race called Geo-Mazerians

Rekorila was founded by Geotarikans in the Seventh Century but was conquered by the Cherokee and Creek during the early Ninth Century AD. Over the centuries, the Cherokee would weed out the other tribes and mingle with Geotarikans to make the Geo-Cherokee

Geotarika, Mazeria, Katalina, West Mishikan and Rekorila never joined the Geonomian Republic and is why Geotarikans still exist as a separate ethnic group in these areas while the nations who joined the Republic call themselves Geonomian.

Nomia was sold to the French in the 18th Century by Pierre d'Orleans and from 1716 to 1840, Nomia was named Quebec. Nomia still remains heavily French to the point where nearly a quarter of the Nomian Population is Metis and another third is straight up French. Nomia remains the only majority Catholic Province with two thirds following Catholic teachings and the only province where the sole language is French

Although Mishikan was once a part of French Louisiana from 1716 to 1840, the Francophone population is almost entirely Metis. The Dakota and Oglala in the province come from tribes from the plains who raided and pillaged Western Mishikan during the Kingdom and Republic Ages.

Ausonia, Nordikana, Katalina and Brasilistania were all once nations founded by Europeans during the European Wars of the 16th through 18th Centuries.

Brasilistania was a part of the """""Empire""""" of Florida and was reconquered by Geonomia during the three Geo-Floridian Wars of the 20th and 21st Centuries. Florida was founded by the Spanish as a plantation colony and became its own "Empire" in the 17th Century. Ethnic Geonomians were bred out of existence in Brasilistania and became Mestizos and Melungeons.

Katalina was founded by Geonomians in the 10th Century but was conquered by the British as a plantation colony called Virginia. This time, Geonomians were out populated by the British and the families who remained were mixed in with the Anglos to become the Anglo-Geonomians. The Vandradi Family is a good example of Anglo-Geonomians

Ausonia was once New Netherlands and Geonomians were out populated and out bred in the area. New Netherlands and it's capital New Amsterdam was once the wealthiest and most densely populated areas in North America. During the 21st Century, the New Dutch Civil War happened. Ausonia was aided by Geonomia and was peacefully annexed. New Netherlands still remains but only as Long Island and New Amsterdam.

The Chesapeake Bay was never conquered by Geonomia. Instead the Swedish made it their home and called it New Sweden with its capitol in New Stockholm. The Swedish also thrived in North America for four hundred years until the Geo-Nordic war in the 21st Century. New Sweden was conquered and renamed Nordikana in 2049. New Stockholm still exists as a coastal city-state and is a pain in the Geonomian Puma's Paw.
