Here in the Free Land we have strict laws and regulations which we expect our citizens and outsiders to follow.
The Citizens are obedient are respectful, but don't be surprised if you are being snubbed Outsider.
The Citizens respect each and every other's rights even Outsiders.
Public lynchings are common here, so don't cause any unwanted trouble here Outsider.
Mutations are commonplace due to the uranium mines scattered throughout the island, so please be considerate Outsider.
