At first, Altivia was created during the social and economic collapse experienced by Brazil during the 2016 coup d'état. Thus, in its early days, the country adopted the flag of Brazil as its official symbol and remained so throughout the process of reconstruction of the political and social order of the nation.

After the state resumed its functions, with the coup forces defeated. The need to create a new flag arose to unite the nation. After arduous research the selected flag was the Drean Flag 02 authored by AlienSquid on DeviantArt.

Drean Flag 02 remained in use until the beginning of the Communist Era. Being the flag to spend more time as a national symbol to this day. It is also the flag that is present in the Season Two Card.

During the early Communist era, the Altivian Communist Party (ACP) launched a plebiscite for the creation of the first flag produced 100% nationally. The result was Streamer 1:

At the beginning of the era of the Civilization States, the flag was again modified. This time to represent the action One Nation, Many Systems (ONMS) promoted by the Communist Party. The result was the Celestial Expansion:
