We went from the Seevol Parallel (the name of our old flag) to inactive refounded by Balder. Now we revolted against it and got out of dominionship and Rereunited nations.
Our new flag Represents the 3 countries we once were and the 3 forms we have taken since The Federation of Seevolin was founded.
