1. This document is drafted on behalf of two parties: The Brotherhood of Malice, represented by The Overseer via Venico and Valtarre, styled respectively as the Right and Left Hand of the Overseer, and the Warzone Trinidad Corporation, represented by Chief Executive Officer Flemingisia and any legal successors to the aforementioned positions.

2. The Warzone Trinidad Corporation will be henceforth referred to as WZT and the Overseer and its hands as Malice. Both will be styled as signatories.

3. In recognition of this treaty, The Brotherhood of Malice and Warzone Trinidad will maintain regional embassies with each other.

1. Malice agrees to not partake in raids against WZT, or to conduct espionage or intentional sabotage against WZT.

2. WZT agrees to not partake in raids against Malice, or to conduct espionage or intentional sabotage against Malice, or to defend or liberate regions seized by Malice, unless said region is Warzone Airspace as laid out in the Treaty of Tobago.
2a. The above sanctions shall only be enforced on official members of the military of WZT – currently known as the Mafia – or any other military branch of WZT.

1. Malice will endeavor to participate in operations carried out by WZT, sending updaters and/or pilers when requested, unless the target is included in The Tome of Protection, a document maintained by Malice that includes but is not limited to treatied allies, fellow raider regions, and off-limits regions designated by treaty.

2. WZT will endeavor to participate in operations carried out by Malice, sending updaters and/or pilers when requested, unless the target is Warzone Airspace in observance of the Treaty of Tobago.

1. Malice will endeavor to deliver the following recommendations to WZT's CEO:
1a. Whether or not to approve Security Council Liberation and Injunction proposals concerning Malice-led operations, or Commendation and Condemnation proposals concerning Malice personnel
1b. Whether to vote "For" or "Against", or to abstain, on Security Council Liberations and Injunction proposals that have come to vote concerning Malice-lead operations or Commendation and Condemnation proposals that have come to vote concerning Malice personnel
1c. WZT will also advise its membership to vote as Malice recommends.

2. WZT will endeavor to deliver the following recommendations to the Hands of the Overseer:
2a. Whether or not to approve Security Council Liberation and Injunction proposals concerning WZT-led operations – provided doing so does not break Raider Unity – or Commendation and Condemnation proposals concerning WZT personnel
2b. Whether to vote "For" or "Against", or to abstain, on Security Council Liberations and Injunction proposals that have come to vote concerning WZT-lead operations – provided doing so does not break Raider Unity – or Commendation and Condemnation proposals that have come to vote concerning WZT personnel
2c. Malice will also advise its membership to vote as WZT recommends.

3. All World Assembly recommendations as outlined above also apply to the delegate nations of any operation led by the relevant signatory.

1. This treaty may be amended at any time by the agreement of the signatories, and the amendment will come into effect after 7 days from the date both signatories agree.

2. This treaty may be dissolved at any time by one of the signatories, and will be considered void 7 days after the dissolution of the treaty is announced.
