The government of AJTON is a unique blend of syndicalism and representative democracy, designed to ensure the participation and empowerment of the people. Its government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Education, and Welfare.

The President:
As the president of AJTON, you must represent the people, and sign off on bills that you believe are the best solutions, based on your head of state’s opinions. The President is elected by the people through a democratic process and serves as a unifying figure, representing the shared values and will put the nation first.

The Commander:
As one of the leading officials, the commander of the general army and the chief executive is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the nation. The commander is elected by the Captains of the army and serves as the voice and advocate of his soldiers, ensuring their interests and needs are addressed in governance.

The Parliament:
The House of the Nation, more commonly known as the parliament, is a legislative body comprising 100 representatives from the 10 political parties. Its members are elected by the workers and citizens, with each syndicate and organization having a proportional representation based on the voting results for their presidential candidate. The House of the Nation acts as a deliberative body, ensuring that the interests of different sectors and groups are heard and considered in the legislative process.

The House of the States:
The House of the States is the act of giving the nation’s regions more autonomy. Its members are elected through a general election, where states present candidates to represent the interests of their constituents. The House of the State is tasked with drafting and passing legislation, scrutinizing the government's actions, and promoting the welfare of their people, and their unique cultures.

Multi-Party System:
AJTON embraces a somewhat complicated multi-party system, where political parties representing diverse ideologies and interests participate in the democratic process. The parties are the Republican Party, Democrat Party, (People’s Group of Compromisers) P-GOC party, Green Party, Liberation Workers, Peace and Freedom Party, socialist party, Secession activists, Nationalist, Social democratic-republic workers (SD-RW), and labor activists. Elections are held at regular intervals, allowing citizens to choose their preferred representatives and shape the nation's direction.

The AJTON government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Education, and Welfare. Prioritizes the involvement of the people, the beauty of its environment, and its tourism.
