Witten Principle — an unusual feature of the calahian auto industry

"How does the calahian car industry work in general? If we talk about production, then everything is quite complicated. Fortunately, with the introduction of trade duties, domestic automakers have increased their output turnover by 7 times compared to last year, and now, perhaps, the country's automotive industry is experiencing a new dawn, producing the largest number of cars per day in the last 60 years.
There are several large automotive companies in Calahy: Cosworth Motors Corporation, Hierhach Motors Company, SKB Automobilwerk, Sewkabelle LTD, Poccttcae Industry Company and Kimber Corporation. Of course, there are other large companies in the country, but these six are the largest in their industries. Cosworth and Hierhach produce their favorite oil cars, sedans and coupes, constantly competing with each other. SKB produces publicly available cars of different classes according to international standards, by the way competing with the newly formed AWB (Automobilwerk Brandt), which has more affordable and cheaper models. Sewkabelle produces luxury cars and mainly with an emphasis on retro and sometimes retro-futuristic style, and another company Poccttcae is the largest manufacturer of pickups, jeeps, trucks and other heavy vehicles in Calahy.
And yet, as I said, these six companies are not the only car manufacturers in the country. In fact, in every region and its districts there are dozens of small manufactories and handicraft factories for the production of cars. I'll tell you a secret: the best supercars and racing cars of Calahy are produced in such small manufactories. An example of this is the Duchemin Astrado 500 supercar, which won the last circuit races in Bale.
But this artisanal business should gain fame all over the country and receive funding, right? To do this, there is one principle in the Calahy car manufacturing companies that adds a twist to the already unique form of the country's automotive production.
The Witten principle, the Janer Program, or simply "delivery" is the name of this process in the terminology of the Kalakhian manufacturers and syndicates of the automotive industry.
What is it? Manufacturers can come to the offices of larger companies and ask them to produce their car in a certain range for a certain amount.
How does this system work? A potential manufacturing designer comes to the regional office of any large company that covers virtually the entire country and asks that his car be produced in a certain modification and in a certain range. If the company agrees, then a "contract for experimental production" is drawn up. What does it mean? The manufacturer pays a deposit (80% of which, in case of a successful start of production, will be returned to him later) and provides drawings and designs to the regional plant of the company. The head of the plant agrees to the production of the prototype and announces the total amount of the project, the amount of materials for implementation, the total salary of the assemblers and leaves it all to the manufacturer. He (the manufacturer), in turn, pays for all materials for the production of the car, pays 65% (in fact, everywhere is different; these percentages can jump from 50% to 85% in different regions and in different companies) of the total amount of the project and 70% of the monthly salary of the collectors (also summed up in different ways). As a result, if the project becomes successful, the manufacturer gets a license to manufacture this car at a certain factory for a certain period. The manufacturer himself has the right to set the production run of his car for the period given to him. In case of refusal of a certain amount of time allocated for production, he is refunded a small part of the amount (from 5% to 20%) for this period.
The most famous and iconic models created according to the Witten Principle are the Cosworth Rehner Jahner from engineer Rehner Jahner (from there another name for this process) and Virtuo Falco under the auspices of SKB, which was developed by the famous racer and engineer Virtuo Calceri, who made an enormous contribution to the development of motorsport in the country."
