New regulations regarding Class 7 hazardous substances

In accordance with Republic act 82A5, effective 2024-12-31 23:59 UTC, it is emphatically prohibited for any commercial entity which operates in Votak Matim to sell drugs or other pharmaceutical substances to any party, regardless of whether such party is subject to Votak law or jurisdiction, for the purpose of facilitating or otherwise aiding the carrying out of capital punishment.

The production, handling, transportation, and administration of the substances designated by the Biohazard Containment Office of the Department of Health as being applicable for the purpose of capital punishment require Class 7 commercial clearance and prior express declaration to, as well as express approval from, the Biohazard Containment Office.

Effective 2024-05-01 00:00 UTC, all commercial interests with Class 7 clearance are required to submit plans for compliance with RA 82A5 to the Biohazard Containment Office. Failure of Class 7 cleared entities to submit compliance plans to the Biohazard Containment Office, or a notice of intent to submit such plans prior to a specified deadline no later than 2024-12-31 23:59 UTC, will result in summary revocation of Class 7 clearance confiscation of the indicated Class 7 substances from the noncompliant parties.
