All magazines that, without permission, authorization, consent of the person(s) in question (most of them are celebrities, entities, personalities) publish photos, articles of personal and private life are prohibited.
If they publish any photo, article without consent, authorization, permission of the person(s) in question, they are subject to having to make an apology, public clarification on what happened.
If they publish any photo, article without consent, authorization, permission of the person(s) concerned, they are obliged to pay an indemnification to the affected person(s).
The value of the indemnification will be stipulated in Court by the affected person (s) together with the Judge (s).
