HERE IS THE BEE ARGUMENT

Angevin-Romanov Crimea wrote:Moths are some of the best insects, possibly only rivaled by bees.

Chao Phraya River wrote:bees are overrated. infact they're an invasive species.

Syndicasia wrote:Yet without them, far less pollination hence worse harvests and ecosystems

Angevin-Romanov Crimea wrote:Bees are cool because I've never been stung by one, and I don't intend to be.
You have to go out of your way to get stung by a bee anyways, like that kid I mentioned who smashed his hand on a bee and hit directly where the stinger was.

Chao Phraya River wrote:if they were not brought to the Americas, indigenous pollinators would be able to do all the pollination.

Syndicasia wrote:I got stung by a wasp when I was 4

Angevin-Romanov Crimea wrote:I was not aware wasps were now the same species as bees.

Bukhara Empire wrote:* eats chain mail*
There are other pollinators besides bees. Even if all the bees had disappeared, wasps and bumblebees would have taken over their role. Or eventually, after a few million years, a new species of insect would appear, which, like a bee, would pollinate plants.

I love bees, but hate honey bees. They are invasive and kill other bees that pollinate more. However my favorite insect has to be anything that kills mosquito's. I hate those things so, so much.

Bees are cool. Wasps are mean, though, and I do not wish them well in their endeavors.

Wasps don't even pollinate. They're just sus amogus impostors.

Tungstan wrote:Bees are cool. Wasps are mean, though, and I do not wish them well in their endeavors.

Wasps only attack if you get close. Just leave 'em alone, and they'll leave you alone. Also, they pollinate and act as a natural pesticide.

Why does everyone hate bees so much? Personally, I hate ticks, lice, mosquitoes and gadflies. The most disgusting insects that have ever existed.

I just realised I haven’t said anything objectively wrong on the RMB today! Anyways Pol Pot was a great person and I aspire to run my nation like he did.

Yes they do. Just because there's less research on it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

Yes, I hate wasps, just as bad as honey bees. In fact slightly worse as they also hurt a lot more whilst stinging more. Here in the land of traitors yellow jackets are a menace.

Mosquitoes are what I hate most, but as said, honey bees don't pollinate to much and kill other more pollinating bee species.
