New Arkonian Science Ship, the First of its Kind, Unexpectedly Attacked by Pirates!

A new class of New Arkonian Science Ship embarked on its maiden voyage early last week, tasked with surveying a planetary system and assessing its value to the Armed Republic. This pioneering ship, the first of its kind, is known as the Darwin class. Unlike most civilian ship models, the Darwin class comes equipped with more than point defenses and small arms usually equipped on civilian ships. It houses actual armaments, a testament to its ability to fend off potential threats and engage in ship-to-ship combat with the dispossessed charlatans that lurk in these uncharted sectors.
This ship was christened Falcon I after its construction. Retired Veteran Chief Warrant Officer Second Class Deseray Dupont captains her and took her out of the system on the 23rd at 0600 GCT. The Falcon I arrived in the system at roughly 2145 GCT on the 27th and have named it the Periclum System. From their incomplete survey of the system, the crew reports that the Periclum system hosts a binary star system. Majoris, the larger of the two, has a mass of 1.173 x 1030 kilograms and is estimated to be 4 billion years old. The smaller of the two, Minoris, is a Type M with a mass of 1.8 x 1029 kilograms and is 11 billion years old.
The system has five rocky planets, but only one has the possibility to sustain life. As they scanned the third planet from the sun, Zargon Primaris, a group of pirates, emerged from this noxious atmosphere and attempted to attack and take the ship and its crew for ransom. The Falcon I baptized itself in blood by killing one of the craft and managed to cripple another before beating a hasty retreat from the sector and throttling the engines to get it back home. New Arkon is in negotiations with Verwis to turn a planet into a joint administrative zone in exchange for helping us cleanse the system of the pirate scourge.
The Militaris receives a message asking for assistance in clearing the pirates out of a new system New Arkon want's to colonize in exchange for turing the first planet into a join administrative industrial zone.

As a fellow member of P.A.C.T, Western Sol would like to offer aid and our expertise in CQC and Siege Warfare in helping New Arkon in wiping the pirates off of this new system, for a price, of course.
In return for the assisted removal of pirates from this new system, the Solarian Government would like to gain mining rights within the system’s asteroid belt(s), as well as the ability to construct a resource and mineral processing station within the system. These terms may be negotiated depending on what the government of New Arkon has to offer.
The Nation of Rj805sere see's this and reaches out a hand. Even though there help was not asked for, they had a higher growth rate then New Arkon and went from the placing 50 in Defence forces to the Top 10 in only about 3 weeks. Their army was much larger and had a much more advanced nation. In the fact that the nation wants to increase relationships with East cash they offer their UUOC Academy program for the Children of East Cash as well as quite a bit of Arms from one of their fellow UUOC members.
Pirates are annoying, so in a a simple annaliysis Rj805sere offers to just wipe the Pirates off the plane completely. Especially as to them now expanding into new territory seems more interesting.

*Halo: A New Arkonian term used in outer space topography, cartography and classification to describe the nominal boundary of a solar system where captured or left over space debris orbits about the stellar system but more of then then not does not cross into the system itself, aside from the occasional comet or meteoroid.

Rj805serian Ships launch from the moon and the expeditions begin
After initial excitement from naval high command Lt. Colonel Luna Frostbringer intercedes and shuts it down. Due to the incident from not too long ago she council's that involving Rp805sere might be a bad idea. After a day of discussion the New Arkonian Navy sends the following message.
While your offer of help is greatly received and appreciated. Due to recent events further cooperations will be put on hold for the time being. As the discovery of the attached documents have soured what limited cooperation we have established with you.
This has, as you might well guess, raised suspicions about your intensions with our people. While trade will continue, all imports into New Arkon will need to be isolated and checked before they may be sold in both our colonial holdings on terra and our extra terrestrial colonies. All tourists and visa workers of yours or your allies have been detained and are in the process of being questioned. Should they be found innocent they will be returned at no expense to themselves or you.
