Seems to be like me. Try to be on time, but I'm generally always somewhat late.

What do you mean? You feel light headed? Or like you're going to faint?

The Isles of Inbetween wrote:What do you mean? You feel light headed? Or like you're going to faint?

Verwis wrote:Halo1 did a quick circle around to bring its limited weapons to bear. unloading all of it's three cluster missiles at the hill, the laser and chain auto-guns began to literally tear into the buildings of the town. The Halo's fire had limited effectiveness due to the yells and screams over the Verwisian coms, calls of "mass-cas" and "ambush" merely being the easiest to pick out. Still, Halo1's stunt hopefully would pull enough attention away from 2 through 4, long enough for them to either take off or queue their self destruct options.

As for the troops on the ground, the show by Halo1 inspired enough of them to re-organize from a fleeing mass into a proper retreating force. The formation was put back into shape, and using the vehicles as cover they made their way west, straight away from the coastline town and parallel to the nearby hill. Not knowing how many or even who had just wiped out a good amount of them, they weren't going to stick around in this killing field and find out.

Allowing the Verwisians the retreat, Anton ordered her soldiers to do the same. Abandoning the coastline town the soldiers took the road opposite and around the hill, regrouping all her forces into the central town of the island. Hopefully having bought enough time for better defenses to be erected, the fate of the island rested on this fight. Taking a gamble, she also recalled all other Wilshaulfian forces into the town, allowing it to be surrounded but providing many more bodies to the defense.

Weirdly, at first, the entire world seems to be a just white landscape with no end in sight in any direction until Mary creates a beautiful garden in front of them with the power of her mind. It shows it to be truly a new world, a sandbox game, under full control of the mind in all perfection - truly Plato's world of ideas realized.

OOC: Haivonian politics are somewhat written in stone at this point, however, Haivonian armies might fight themselves over administrative control of space colonies, and it may create mayhem. May change if I get bored enough.

"Does your country have an embassy with Haivon? If you do, we can return you there in an instant for free. It isn't the first time people get lost here."

The old man seems very relaxed in his tone as if he is fully sure of what he is saying as if he had said it before.

"Well, you must be tired right now. Do you want a cup of tea?"

"Have you ever heard of Post-Industrialism? With permanent factories that don't require labor, your people will have more time to spend to themselves, and so, you can have a new wave of intellectuals, artists, and warriors that will actually have something to fight for."

Carl raises his hand in the air as if he was giving a toast.

"We call it Soulism, Entanglement, or Ego-Communalism; all of them work, but I personally call it Ego-Communalism. We have a series of books on the topic, if you find the time you should go for it."

The Verwisians also took time to regroup, counting their dead and remaining supplies while the Sparrow loomed ever closer. While most vehicles ended up without a scratch, about half of the infantry remained combat capable, with a third of the remaining half dead. Regardless it is do or die for the Fatherland, and after a quick scouting team confirmed the coastline town was empty, the Jaguar's and Kavalleriepanzer's are loaded up and the assault on the central town begins.

OOC: I will need to start doing stuff on my own about it. But I promise that when the tourist thing and the next RP we the admins are planning are gone, I will begin one about Haivonian control on Pluto and Eris you can attempt to mess with.

OOC: Excellent, That seems like a pretty big event to happen! I also like how I'm basically carrying all the conflict of in this region somehow.

Durab thinks for a moment, carefully placing word after word inside his head. “No, I don’t believe my home nation has an embassy with you. However, if you have heard of any … Soulgodian nations around here, that would be a … step in the right direction” He says with a sort of friendly smile.

“Oh, well now you have offered it, I would quite like a cup of tea, thank you.” He chuckles in response.

————————————
“Ah ok, interesting way of running factories. Perhaps I should start transitioning to that” He chuckles in a very light and cheerful accent, before he turns it into a dark and indistinguishable one when he murmurs “If the hive mind allowed us all to agree on that”

He then lifts his head up positively and answers the mayor’s next suggestion. “Well, that sounds great! Not sure if it would work under a nation run by Soulgodia and Inbevassens, but maybe it would, perhaps persuade one of our candidates for the next election to put forward that idea!” He suggests in a sort of sure way.
