Personally I believe it was from Fedele's delegacy till at the end of my delegacy. In terms of calendar wise, it was between early to mid 2018 to like mid 2020. It was a good 2 years or so. Most of the RP were nerfed so bad because “Remember what Marrabuk did with the EU?”. Right, we don’t want that to happen again. But it was exciting, people want to log in to their nations to see what happen in the RMB. After many things were nerfed, things started to slowly deteriorate. That’s in my opinion of course. Of course many would disagree.
