The Republic of Townsvalley is a country located in Central Osea, it is bordered by Krinslo in the south-east,Dronelig, Oannia in the south-west, Anityard in the north-west and Turuk Conefederation in the north. It has a population of 63.9 million. The capital is Newlands city which is the economic and financial centre of the country. Townsvalley is characterized by its diverse topography, which includes expansive plains, arid deserts, and towering mountain ranges. This variety of natural landscapes contributes to the nation’s rich biodiversity and offers a range of ecosystems. Its strategic location and natural resources have played a significant role in shaping its history and will continue to influence its future trajectory.

Townsvalley is a significant geographical and political entity that extends across Central Osea, encompassing an area of 1,016,077.20 km². The region is bordered by the sea on both its eastern and western perimeters. Its capital city is uniquely bisected by Novagen Bay, which serves as a central feature of the city’s landscape.

The most prominent maritime facility is Port Newlands, situated in the northeast section of the capital. It holds the distinction of being the busiest port in the nation, playing a pivotal role in the country’s trade and commerce. To the northwest, within the province of Oxrose & Winport, lies Winport. This port stands as the second most active in Townsvalley, further bolstering the region’s economic vitality.

Additionally, Townsvalley administers two overseas territories. These islands are characterized by their tropical climate, which includes a pattern of frequent monsoons and dry summer seasons, contributing to their distinct ecological and cultural attributes.

ADMNISTRATIVE DIVISIONS

Following the enactment of the Territories of Townsvalley Act, 2024, Townsvalley has been reorganized into five administrative divisions. This act supersedes all previous legislation concerning the region’s administrative structure.

The provinces, listed from the largest to the smallest in terms of area, are as follows: Southby, Newlands, Oxrose & Winport, Stale and Hekshire.

The largest province is Southby, covering over 305,763.03km² area, and home to approximately 9.5 million people according to the 2024 Census. Characterized by its predominantly rural landscape, Southby’s economy is heavily reliant on the fishing industry, and it faces challenges such as lower education levels among its population.

The Province of Newlands, spans over 239,895.83km² which is the second largest province by area and boasts a population of over 25 million. Notably, it houses the capital city; Newlands City, and is divided by the scenic Novagen Bay. The province is the most urbanized and wealthiest in Townsvalley, with Port Newlands serving as the country’s most crucial business and export center. it makes up 39% of the country's total GDP ($29.2 bln). The province is also known for the Daytona Bridge, an architectural marvel that connects North Osea to the south, and the Cultural Museum, which attracts around 25,000 tourists annually.

Similarly, Oxrose & Winport span over 225,289.72km² with 22 Million people, it is the second most populous province. Stale encompasses an area of 164,883.93km² with population of 1.5 Million. It is recognized as the least affluent province in Townsvalley, with minimal government intervention and investment. This has resulted in a slower pace of development compared to the other provinces, with the region’s potential yet to be fully realized. The provincial administration faces the challenge of enhancing the quality of life for its residents and addressing the disparities in wealth and services.

Hekshire is the smallest province by area, with 12,218.33km² of land. It operates with a high degree of autonomy and is further subdivided into Hekshire East and Hekshire West. Hekshire East is the more developed subdivision, with a population of 3.5 million, while Hekshire West has a population of 1.5 million. Both subdivisions are predominantly composed of plains, contributing to the province’s unique geographical and demographic profile. This structure allows for tailored governance that addresses the specific needs and characteristics of each subdivision.

Southby (As, BSh): This region experiences a tropical climate with distinct wet and dry seasons. The summers are typically dry, and the winters are more humid, supporting a variety of grasslands and sparse woodlands. while areas in the south are characterized by hot summers and warm to cool winters. temperature is higher than 18 °C (64 °F), indicating a hot climate. Rainfall is infrequent and unpredictable, often concentrated in short, intense periods, which can lead to flash flooding. Precipitation is minimal, and the landscape is often dominated by grasses or shrubs, unable to support forests. Various kinds of vegetables are grown here such as Vegetables adapted to humid, wet climates like amaranth, Asian greens, and Chinese cabbage are grown here in majority, while Heat-tolerant vegetables such as Malabar spinach, okra, and sweet potatoes are grown in the south.

Newlands (As, Am): The Climate, characterized by a tropical savanna climate with a dry summer, dominates most of the region. This results in a landscape that experiences a significant amount of rainfall during the wet season, with a distinct dry period in the summer months, which necessitates the cultivation of drought-resistant crops and the implementation of irrigation systems for consistent agricultural productivity.Crops like millet, sorghum, and tubers that can withstand periods of low moisture are common.
Near the coastal areas such as Port Newlands, tropical monsoon prevails, bringing more evenly distributed rainfall throughout the year, influenced by the proximity to the sea. the higher humidity and rainfall would support a different range of crops. Here, rice paddies flourish alongside tropical fruits such as mangoes and bananas, which benefit from the wetter conditions. Vegetables that thrive in warm, moist environments, such as okra and sweet potatoes, are also be cultivated extensively in these regions.
The overall climate of Newlands is warm and humid, with lush vegetation and diverse ecosystems supported by the ample rainfall. Similar climate is found in Oxrose, Winport & Stale.

Hekshire (East: Am, West: As): In the eastern region, there is warm, maritime climate year-round, with a significant amount of rainfall during the summer months due to the monsoon. The winters are milder and less wet, but still provide enough precipitation to maintain the rich greenery. The island’s diverse ecosystem supports a wide variety of flora and fauna, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts and researchers, with the fertile soil and ample rainfall allowing for the cultivation of exotic fruits, spices, and other crops that are both consumed locally and exported. Despite its small size, Hekshire East offers a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and economic vitality.
Western region is similar. It is an island province known for its unique climate, characterized by a tropical savanna climate with a distinct dry season. This climate contributes to the island’s lush, diverse ecosystems and vibrant culture. The dry season sees clear skies and balmy temperatures, perfect for the province’s many festivals and outdoor activities. During the wet season, the landscape transforms as monsoon rains nourish the verdant forests and expansive grasslands. it's economy thrives on agriculture, tourism, and fishing, with the surrounding azure waters teeming with life.
