Qrina [Qua-rin-uh] is the only human camp for survivors. The world Qrina takes place in is known as Argasal which is one of three known planets, and is one of two planets wich can sustain life.
On Argasal, humans used to be the dominant species, however, dragons from the third planet, Lelicin, managed to fly over to Argasal, and started using humans as a main food source. This made the humans try and find a way to survive.
The magi [ma-jie] (or magical people) created a barrier surrounding the Horet Forest, wich would turn any dragon within the barrier into stone. Luckily, this kept them away. Unluckily the dragons started getting smarter, looking for prey. Eventually, the dragons got tired of eating small prey, and went back to focusing on humans. Knowing that they would be turned to stone if they went too close to their camp, they went into the Scavar Cliffs, which are now known as the Shatterd Cliffs.
DRAGON TYPES AND BASIC DESCRIPTIONS
There are three types of dragon. The desert dragons, the sky dragons, and the forest dragons. Desert dragons are known for being small but violent, and have a iron strength. Their bite is instant death, for it has paralyzing venom which also instantly stops the heart. Their venom is often used as a way to self-euthanize (or commit suicide). Sky dragons live in the top of the mountains and are known for being able to withstand freezing climates. This makes their scales thick and black, for they try to absorb all possible sunlight. And finally their are the forest dragons. They are often considered to be peaceful, however this is a peice of misinformation that gets many killed. They are the most calm however also are the most deadly, for they don't attack until your close. They are completely silent and have padded claws, which though that makes their claws weaker, they make up for it in stealth. Sky dragons are the most common with around 6,000 of them existing, which is followed by sand dragons with around 5,000, and then forest dragons, with only around 2-3,000 left. This is because they can only survive in jungles or forests or their tail, which has a plant on it, will start eating the dragon. (In total there are about 13-14,000 dragons)
QRINA
Qrina is a forest/jungle based camp full or the remaining humans on Argasal. It's population is around 40,000, 30,000 male 10,000 female.
