Yeah. Some nation with 24 million people invited me to a region. I saw someone else had joined, so I joined, I was kicked out quickly after, and then I noticed that the other person was a very new account that appeared to have been made in response to me being suspcious of his request.
Oh, and for some reason another region very quickly built an embassy to the region.

Nope. And it didn't look like a typical recruitment TG. It didn't even have a button to anything.
My two guesses is that this was either done by someone who doesn't know much, or it's some guy trolling with an alt.
