I'm trying to think of names for two Nivosean states, any suggestions?
The first is the northern half of Idaho, from Idaho county all the way up to the B.C. border, I was thinking potential names include Grandeur (Granduria was already taken by some company), Lewiston, and Idaho territory, but I don't know the geography or history of northern Idaho very well.
The next contains several counties from Montana, Powell, Granite, Ravalli, Flathead, and all the counties west of those listed ones. Grandeur and Montana territory are all I've got (I know even less about Montana's geography and history).
