Hi, welcome to TWP! Please have a read of the New Player's Guide - it will help you get started in the game.

Just try to split the numbers proportionally, for example: If a column has a value of 20 and it is split between three rows, 30, 24, and 10, it'd be advisable to put the largest number in 30's row, and the smallest in ten's. This you can change as you get closer to completing the puzzle, but it is a strategy that works very well for me!

I hope my explanation was understandable. Please let me know if not and I'll edit my post.

I hope A Big Deck of Cards wins! :D

Is anyone else planning to view the eclipse on Monday?

Small Huts wrote:Is anyone else planning to view the eclipse on Monday?

I will attempt the viewing although the forecast for where I am is calling it partly cloudy.

Hey guys, just came back to the TWP. The realms of whispering winds is just not for me.

I’ll do another one of my posts on Sunday telling people what to look out for close to, during and just after totality.

Hello to both of you--welcome to TWP! You may find this guide beneficial.

Please note that per our rules, we require message board posts to be in English or to provide an English translation.

With the start of April, The West Pacific Card Club is pleased to announce another competition, the April Fools Card Contest! (This idea comes courtesy of Mediobogdum!)

Rules: Collect cards that are funny to celebrate April 1st, April Fools day! In addition, we'll be having a card cap of 100 cards per entry (as a trial run) to encourage creativity over quantity, so choose the cards you find most humorous wisely!

Submissions: You must submit a link to your collection in our RMB by 23:59 EST 30th April, with no collection edits allowed after that. Please tag your post with #FoolsCardContest so it can enter the competition! After that, the Card Club will judge all entries and declare a winner.

Prizes: The winner and the runner-up (selected from both TWP and NS forum entries) will each receive a legendary card. There may be bonus prizes depending on participation, so be sure to share this contest with your friends so they can also participate!

Have fun collecting, and let us know what you think about this 100 cards cap trial run! The West Pacific Cultural Trust and The West Pacific Card Club bring this competition to you.

Light rain is forecast for the eclipse .....

:(

*major disappointment*

My local forecast is for 69% clouds and a 2% chance of rain. I'm optimistic there will be enough breaks in the clouds during viewing. It does not look like there's anywhere within driving distance that will have better chances.

Tough break, but you never know forecasts can change.

Looks a reasonable chance.

It's supposed to be sunny where we're going! I'm praying that that doesn't change.
