The Grand Entente

Signatories agree that:

Article 1 - Non-Aggression

They shall settle all disputes with each other by diplomatic means so as to maintain peace between each other.

Article 2 - Consultancy

They shall make available to each other their strategic, operational, tactical and technical expertise and advice through the Entente Central Consultancy, an international organisation. This information shall be available to the militaries of each of the signatories and approved arms manufacturers.

Article 3 - Sanctions

They shall impose sanctions upon nations outside of the Entente if called upon to do so by a majority of signatories, represented by a legitimately selected representative of their own choosing, in a democratic vote.

Article 4 - Central Headquarters

They shall integrate their military command structure into Entente Central Headquarters, an organisation ensuring that co-belligerent signatories may effectively coordinate their military forces and that they shall provide secure and practical facilities within their own territories for this organisation to operate from.

Article 5 - Casus Foederis

They shall consider an armed attack against one member state to be an armed attack against them all.

Article 6 - New Members and Denunciations

Aside from the original signatories, members may only be admitted to the Entente if they receive the approval of each of the existing signatories, represented by a legitimately selected representative of their own choosing. An existing member may leave the Entente having given a month’s notice.
