Imperial Wildlife and Exploration Guild... Contrary to popular belief, this agency's primary purpose is not rescuing kids who get lost in the woods. Neither is it a boy scout group. Public opinion is so misguided in this area that the Emperor Himself has gotten quite annoyed about it. He would rather them think that than knowing its real objectives, though. This group's primary objective is exploring the vast Rizorien Interior, and capturing/studying Dragons. this agency also serves as a scouting operation for the Military; in case any Dragons are headed toward civilization. Much work has gone into keeping the wild Dragon aspect of the operation secret. If the the public knew that the "magnificent" beasts kept in their zoos were running wild just outside their cities, there would be mass panic.
BLACK ANGELS: Imperial Elite Strike Force. Commanded directly by Emperor Invictus himself, this is the most feared military force in the Empire. Few even know it exists. Most know of it to be a legend, like a boogieman of sorts. If there is a target, national or international, that needs removal, the Black Angels will have that target dead within 001 hours. No questions asked. This only applies to the operatives being dispatched from Base in [REDACTED]. There are other operatives within other nations, ready to kill said targets within seconds, chief among them being [REDACTED]. The Black Angels have access to WMDs, as well as the resources of all of Rizorien's military. Their commands come directly from the Emperor, so they have command over all of the military. Then again, not even Rizorien's highest military officers know they exist,(or at least, can confirm their existence) so they do not do this very often.
