IN THE EAST:
1723 B.C. - The first civilization pops up, in the Eastern district Ilosce

1688 B.C. - A large war is waged by the newfound civilization, and they win against the other tribes of the area in Ilosce. Under one set of rulers, a new empire rises, and hungrily turns its eyes West.

1627 B.C. - After decades of prepatartion, the empire (known heancforth as "The Youslen") mobilizes into the neighboring lands that contain present day Fakilsa and Opalnne.

1599 B.C. - A long series of bloody conflicts later, The Youslen overcome adversity and crush the last of the resistance to their invasion. A time of peace begins to overcome the now sprawling empire.

1540 B.C. - A new empire that rose to the south in present day Loasuk lanched an offensive against The Youslen homeland. The response is immediate, and troops mobilize into the rival empire, known as "The Guanerin".

1460 B.C. - The Youslen fall to the weapons of The Guanerin, and they take the lands that once belonged to The Youslen. Peace once again falls over the area.

1403 B.C. - After many decades of rule, the empires of Eastern Wersh collapse after a famine sweeps the land. Reverting back to primal tribes, they will not reform any empires in the East until around 143 A.D.

143 A.D. - The lore of what used to be the grand Youslen and Guanerin Empires sparks a change in the populace, bringing forth a new empire: The Peridont's

245 A.D. - The Peridont Empire grows in size, and suddenly collapses. The blame is placed on enviromental factors such as drought and famine.

IN THE WEST:
1206 B.C. - A "alliance" is formed between ten primitive tribes in lands that fall under the borders of Lawasna, Renauh, and Pahresma. This allows them to begin conquests on rival tribe bands in the area. As they conquest, they grow their knowledge and undertstanding, and form the first civilization in the West.

1200 B.C. - After a large amount of conquest, the Ten Tribes (the name historians gave the group) have amassed enough land in the north to see another power rise up in the far north of Wersh. In Yealun and the remnants of the non conquered Opalnne land, the cold weather was bested by a group that mastered the art of clothing, which to this point was scant in the other empires.

1145 B.C. - After a tenative peace between the Ten Tribes and the Northern Power deteriorates, the northern power launches a brutal attack series that wipes out the soldiers of the Ten Tribes. conquest is easy, and the once sprawling empire lays in ruin.

1123 B.C. - The northern empire (now known as the Rean, due to their attacks that focused mainly on Renauh) has retreaded back to their homelands, and enters isolation. No more powers exist in West Wersh for some time, never reaching the hayday of the olden tribes. Minor empires rise and fall without consequence until the Rean exit isolation around 1534 A.D.

-skip around 400 years of none too many exciting events-

1534 A.D. - As the Rean exit isolation, they creep downward into the southern states below them. Soon they control all of the land that composes the states of Yealun, Renauh, Lawasna, and Menarma. Pahresma remained under rule of the tribes until late 1619, early 1620 A.D.

"Modern" History:
1620 A.D. - The people who will form the country of Wersh feel threats from across the sea strait between them and the lands beyond. To protect from theis threat, the lands of Ilocse, Loasuk, and Pahresma join forces and pool reasources.

1623 A.D. - As cooperation grows between the combined tribes, so does their power. When the time comes to defend from outside attack, the invaders are met with a large force of men, outnumbering them almost 12:1.

1638 A.D. - Seeing the success of the pact 18 years prior, the three nations of Wersh extend a hand to other nations close by. Narasken, Fakilsa, and Opalnne join on, and the power of the alliance grows.

1641 A.D. - Feeling pressure from the now six nation strong Alliance, The Rean Empire offers a truce. The Alliance, which felt that The Rean were a threat, accepted on the condition they joined the alliance of nations on the Wershian landmass.

1643 A.D. - The Rean finally relented, and gave in to the demands of the Allied Nations. United under one name, coast to coast, the Wershian country had been formed in all but name.

1684 A.D. - The first catalouged usage of the name "Wersh" in accordance to the Alliance.

1735 A.D. - First signs the alliance may falter appear as The Rean Empire begins to fall short in its duties to the alliance.

1740 A.D. - A bloody civil war starts as The Rean leave the alliance. The result is shocking: The Rean conquer their less prepared compatriots, and reinstates the "alliance" as the Empire of Wersh.

1820[?] A.D - The land of The Goin' Silent of Zukchiva sets up a colony south of Wersh, and in response Menarma gifts a portion of land in exchange for goodwill with the new power inside the Wershian influence sphere.

1845 A.D. - A minor explosion kills the leaders of Wersh, and they enter Isolation to recover.

1890 A.D. - Exiting isolation to find the colony of Zukchiva has grown in size, and they have a new neighbor across the sea to the East.

1930 A.D. - Changes of power lead to a Democratic style of rule. The public hated it at first, and plotted to overthrow them.

1950 A.D. - The capital is made temporarily as a city known as Rean in Yealun.

1978 A.D. - The Imperialistic Regime comes to power, and Wersh enters a time of conquest and expansion. The leaders of the nation are a council, and the targets smaller nations that had soldiers that did not know right from left. Wersh nearly doubles in size.

1984 A.D. - Corlabelm is choosen as the capital of Wersh by the government. The city, and those around it, experiance expenential growth.

1993 A.D. - The Second Sminishian War results in more than half of the land of a large Wershian colony being annexed by The Heiliger Eisenrepublik of Kampf Empire (On a different map it is my mainland that gets annexed, but is a major part of my history...)

2003 A.D. - Civil unrest comes as a rebellion begins quietly out in the countryside areas of the nation.

2009 A.D. - The success of the rebellion is secured by The Grand Militariat Republic of Nova-Columbia helping them to push deep into the capital. With the success of the overthrow, the Imperial Regime is left powerless and a new era of Wersh opens up.

2012 A.D. - The name is changed to the "Battle-Ready Republic" of Wersh from the "Imperialistic People's Republic"

2016 A.D. - Christian Theodore Hallon is elected as the first president of Wersh, and elected to life in office as the rest of those who take the mantle of President shall follow.

2017 A.D. - Wersh enters a state of isolation to sort out corruption problems in their nation, and it lasts a year.

2018 A.D. - Wersh re-enters the world stage, ushering in a new era of public peace and harmony.
