Upon ratification of this Treaty by the Government and Ruler of each region, each region must formally accept the treaty by sending an Accredited Diplomat with their Diplomatic Nation to the other region.

Such Diplomatic Representative shall present Credentials by posting a statement on the relevant area in each region,stating their diplomatic nature, the name of the region they represent, and the fact that a Treaty of Friendship exists between the region of New Western Empire and The Enadian Union.

Both parties to this Treaty shall provide an Embassy for their counterpart on their Regional Forum or supply an area on their regional Discord as per their embassy rules. The Diplomatic Representative shall present their Credentials by posting in whichever Forum or area that is dictated by that region’s Government, Culture or Traditions.

The only other material act necessary to activate and keep this Treaty in force shall be that each region shall list the other region by name in it’s World Factbook entry, or in a World Factbook entry link that indicates, in each region's respective lingua franca, the ties between the two regions.

The Diplomatic Nations sent to the regions of the signatories to this Treaty may remain in the region and post messages as it deems appropriate, and will be granted.

All privileges and rights of the Diplomats of the regions of the signatories to this Treaty. Once these steps have been taken and are completed, this Friendship Treaty will be in effect.

It is contemplated that entering the Friendship Treaty shall be the first diplomatic step leading to closer relations between our regions.

The WA Delegates of each respective region are encouraged to communicate with each other in an effort to work together on WA matters.

As friendly regions, the parties to this treaty should feel free to seek cooperation on other matters, such as the bilateral cooperation between euArcade & the Technical teams of New Western Empire.

Enadian Citizens and New Western Empire Citizens shall not infringe on the rights of their home region, unless convicted guilty in either Court.

Enadian Citizens may be sent to Court in New Western Empire if they violate a law of the NWE in their time in NWE portals, on-site and off-site hubs, forum and discord servers and any other territorial establishments.

NWE Citizens may be sent to Court in Enadia if they violate a law of Enadia in their time in Enadian portals, on-site and off-site hubs, forum and discord servers and any other territorial establishments.

Citizens of both regions shall be given the right to a fair and equal trial in either region.

Residents of either region bear minimal rights and their participation may be suspended upon decision or rule break.

Both the Enadian Union and New Western Empire residents shall not be a subject of termination of this agreement on the aforementioned provisions.

Enadian Citizens shall be given the right to participate in the Mapping Roleplay for lore of nation.

Enadian Citizens shall be given the right to freely participate in the NWE Roleplay, and shall be subjected to their rules and decisions, but shall not be permitted from playing unless the Roleplay Director finds their actions a danger to the Roleplay.

The Enadian Union shall permit and allow an active participation of long term New Western Empire Citizens, who have been subjects of Citizenship for 30 (Thirty) days or longer.

Upon joining, the New Western Empire shall recommend two or more regional Moderators.

NWE moderators, shall be employed and work exclusively for Arcade, moderating, monitoring and penalizing accounts and users that break the terms and conditions of Arcade International.

NWE moderators, shall be subjects of Approval of the Arcade Technical Department Team.

NWE moderators, shall fall in compliance with Arcade International Terms of Use and are subjects of suspension by the Arcade International.

NWE Moderators and Citizens are a subject of suspension or even removal from the Service if found guilty and in violation of the Arcade International Terms of Use.

By joining Arcade, New Western Empire, recognizes that it becomes an Interregional partner of the Enadian Union and the existing Arcade Partners.

New Western Empire additionally agrees to abide by the Arcade International Terms of Use and agrees that members that have been found in violation of Arcade’s terms of Use might not find resolution from their Home Region.

Enadia and its Interregional Arcade Partners, shall provide support, assistance and access to Arcade services, streaming, communication channels and gaming platforms to New Western Empire Citizens.

If found guilty of breach of Arcade’s Terms of Use, New Western Empire recognizes that they might be subject of a regional wide ban from Arcade services.
