Both signatories shall consent to recognize their counterpart’s incumbent administration and all future, legally-installed administrations as legitimate and, thus, the sovereignty of the other.

Both signatories shall consent to on-site embassies with each other. They shall notify the other signatory at least one week prior to initiating embassy closure, accompanied by the reason for doing so; to withdraw embassies, the treaty must be repealed.

In order to facilitate greater interactions, each signatory shall assign a diplomat to the other signatory.

Both signatories consent to sharing all information to the other signatory which pertains to:

1. The other signatory’s wellbeing, internal or external.

2. The other signatory’s security, internal or external.

3. Accomplishing the express goals of the other signatory.
   

The signatory regions pledge not to conduct any intelligence operations at the expense of the other. Furthermore, signatory regions may neither spy nor sabotage the other. Each signatory shall at all times respect the sovereignty of the other.

The signatory regions pledge not to conduct military operations against the other, nor any of their territories or constituent nations.

The signatory regions commit to cooperation in the execution of agreed-upon joint operations.

Either signatory may terminate the treaty freely in accordance with their legally-established treaty procedure; if there is no legally-established procedure for treaty termination, they may terminate with the consent of their head of state, head of government, and head of foreign affairs. However, the terminating signatory must notify the other a week before termination.

If both signatories agree to termination of the treaty, it may occur without a one week notice.
