The states of the Empire, also known as the Imperial States are regions that are owned by das Imperium. The founder nations are run by the Kaiser but they shall be allowed to be run by anyone the Kaiser decides to bestow the region upon. Though they are not required to maintain any nation count they are still part of das Imperium and shall use the Imperial Discord.
