Purpose
The amendment seeks to limit the time of a state of emergency.
Implementation
The amendment shall be implemented immediately.

During an invasion of the region, the Secretary may declare a situation henceforth known as a state of emergency
In a state of emergency, the following shall occur:
Any nation with Border Control authority may implement a password and banject nations suspected of cooperating with the invaders
The Supreme Court may privately investigate any actions taken and reverse them with a majority in favour
During an invasion of the region, the Secretary may declare a state of emergency for up to two weeks:
The Secretary may voluntarily conclude the state of emergency at any point should the threat no longer persist
Any extension to this time frame may be granted with a majority of the Supreme Court in favour
In a state of emergency, the following shall occur:
