• Japan retains full autonomy and still governs itself to the fullest, including all assets owned by the Japanese government

• Japan has full military protection by Zoygaria, and being treated as part of the Commonwealth, is protected by the full strength of the Zoygarian military should Japan fall under threat by foreign hand

• Japan is not obligated to join any wars Zoygaria is involved in present or future, instead encouraged to remain neutral in foreign conflicts involving Zoygaria

• Zoygaria will not make or pass any laws involving Japanese territory, assets, or civilians

• Zoygaria is permitted to dock military and trade vessels in Japanese ports, to plan joint strategy with Japan, and is able to station troops in Japan if the Japanese government requests it

• Japan adopts Zoygarian as an official language, and in return Zoygaria adopts Japanese an official language.

• Japan is subject to the Free Travel Act, and Japanese citizens are to be treated as any other Zoygarian citizen

• Major laws will be mutually agreed upon by both governments (such as taxation, crimes and punishment, constitutional rights, human rights, political freedoms, etc.)

• Japan will be allowed to adopt the Zoygarian Pavau as their official currency, which would allow ease of trade and conversion among the two states

• Citizens of both nations may travel back and forth freely, and as such, would be able to purchase property in both nations
