[list=1][*]The leader of the region shall henceforth be known as the Secretary [*]The Secretary shall be elected every three months at the general election [*]The Secretary shall be responsible for: [list=a][*]Appointing and dismissing the members of the executive ministerial body, henceforth known as the Cabinet [*]Serving as the head of the Cabinet, with final decision-making power concerning its delegated responsibilities [*]Representing the region as its Delegate to the World Assembly [*]Detailing the reasons for their vote on every World Assembly resolution on the Regional Message Board[/list] [*]The Cabinet shall consist of: [list=a][*]The Minister of Foreign Affairs, who shall be responsible for embassies [*]The Minister of Recruitment, who shall be responsible for attracting new citizens to the region [*]The Minister of Information, who shall be responsible for the collection and presentation of data [*]Any additional roles deemed necessary by the Secretary to operate the region[/list] [*]The Cabinet shall be responsible for: [list=a][*]Advising the Secretary as relevant to each member's designated portfolio [*]Assisting the Secretary in their responsibilities [*]Enforcing the laws enacted by the General Assembly[/list] [*]An appointment to the Cabinet must be confirmed with a two-thirds majority of electoral citizens in favour [*]The Secretary or a member of the Cabinet may be immediately removed through the following process: [list=a][*]A motion shall be endorsed by two Members of the General Assembly or five percent of electoral citizens [*]A majority of electoral citizens shall vote on whether to remove them in the following manner: [list=i][*]World Assembly citizens shall be permitted to vote in a three-day poll [*]Military Voting and Dual citizens shall be permitted to vote on the Regional Message Board in the same period[/list][/list][/list] [b]Article IV[/b] [list=1][*]All legislative authority shall be vested in a unicameral legislature, henceforth known as the General Assembly [*]The General Assembly shall consist of members, henceforth known as Members of the General Assembly, elected every three months at the general election [*]The number of Members of the General Assembly shall be: [list=a][*]Determined at the commencement of each general election for the following term [*]Equal to the cube root of the number of electoral citizens rounded to the nearest integer[/list] [*]The Members of the General Assembly shall be responsible for: [list=a][*]Proposing and voting on new laws and amendments to existing laws [*]Internally electing one of the Members of the General Assembly to serve as the Speaker[/list] [*]The Speaker shall be responsible for: [list=a][*]Organising the activities of the General Assembly [*]Maintaining the Legislative Queue, an order of legislation to be considered by the General Assembly [*]Communicating information of bills, amendments, and voting records to the public [*]Representing the General Assembly to the Cabinet in matters requiring urgent and direct communication [*]Delegating the aforementioned responsibilities to another Member of the General Assembly in their absence[/list] [*]A Member of the General Assembly may be immediately removed through the following process: [list=a][*]A motion shall be endorsed by two Members of the General Assembly or five percent of electoral citizens [*]A majority of electoral citizens shall vote on whether to remove them in the following manner: [list=i][*]World Assembly citizens shall be permitted to vote in a three-day poll [*]Military Voting and Dual citizens shall be permitted to vote on the Regional Message Board in the same period[/list][/list] [*]The Speaker may be immediately replaced with a majority of the General Assembly in favour of such a motion[/list] [b]Article V[/b] [list=1][*]All judicial authority shall be vested in a tribunal, henceforth known as the Supreme Court [*]The Supreme Court shall consist of three members, henceforth known as Justices, appointed by the Secretary [*]The Justices shall be responsible for: [list=a][*]Handling legal disputes between citizens [*]Hosting court cases to settle criminal charges [*]Voting on said criminal charges upon the conclusion of a fair and public hearing [*]Being the highest authority on the interpretation of all regional law[/list] [*]An appointment of a Justice must be confirmed with a two-thirds majority of electoral citizens in favour [*]A Justice shall be prohibited from holding any other government portfolio during their
