Purpose

The bill seeks to legally define regional officers for the purposes of codifying gameside powers.

Passed by the General Assembly on 24 December 2020. Required a majority in favour to pass.

1. The Secretary, members of the Cabinet, the Speaker, and the Chief Justice shall be granted gameside authority as Regional Officers

2. Gameside authority shall be distributed amongst Regional Officers in the following manner:

   1. The Secretary shall be granted all available powers, including Executive authority

   2. Members of the Cabinet shall be granted Appearance, Border Control, and Communications powers, with any additional powers to be granted at the discretion of the Secretary and in accordance with regional law

   3. The Speaker shall be granted Border Control, Communications, and Polls powers

   4. The Chief Justice shall be granted Border Control and Communications powers

3. If there are an insufficient number of Regional Officer positions available, it shall be at the discretion of the Secretary to select a number of Ministers to not be given any gameside authorities
