Military Voting Citizen Amendment (Violation Process)
Purpose
The amendment seeks to remove a Military Voting Citizen's status once they violate the requirements.
Implementation
The amendment shall be implemented with immediate effect.

A nation, henceforth known as the applicant, can apply to become a Military Voting citizen via the following method:
Send a telegram to the Minister of Information via their citizen nation, containing the name of their puppet nation and the military it is part of
The Minister of Information shall send back to the applicant a string containing ten pseudo-random alphanumeric characters
The applicant must send the string back to the Minister of Information via their puppet nation in the military within one week
If the applicant is able to send the correct string within one week, then the Minister of Information shall add their name to a public list of all Military Voting citizens
If the applicant sends an incorrect string or fails to send a telegram to the Minister of Information within one week, they shall not be considered a Military Voting citizen, but can apply again
A Military Voting citizen may apply for their Military Voting status to be removed by notifying the Minister of Information
Should a Military Voting citizen be found to be in violation of the requirements stated in the Constitution, they shall be given a reminder telegram and one-week grace period before their Military Voting status is removed

If a Military Voting citizen is found to be in violation of the requirements stated in the Constitution, the following process shall occur:
The Minister of Information shall send a warning telegram to the violating nation, issuing them a five-day grace period in which to recomply with the requirements
If a Military Voting citizen has ceased to exist, their five-day grace period shall begin immediately
Within the grace period, their Military Voting citizen status shall be suspended until they comply with the requirements
At the end of the grace period, their Military Voting citizen status shall be revoked
If a Military Voting citizen becomes a World Assembly citizen, their status as the former shall be immediately revoked
