Preamble
We the Nations of the Jewel Robotox Nations in order to form a more perfect region, insure democracy, freedom, roleplay, socialness, and following rules of the central government.

Article I
Section 1: Congress
All legislative power shall be held by Congress named the Supreme Council in the the Capitol building on Robotox Coruscant

Section 2: The Supreme Council
The Supreme Council of the Jewel Robotox Nations shall be composed of two Senators from each Nations, chosen by the people of their nation, for Two Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.

Immediately after senators are elected by their nation they will be sent to the Capitol Building on Robotox Coruscant to vote on issues. Senators can also request the presence of their national leader if they agree.
No senator will have more power in the senate than another and no matter the issue, every senator is one vote.
The Supreme Council will vote on new Premiers every 5 Years and senators will run for premier through their Political Faction, the political faction with the most support will have their nominee become premier.
If the Supreme Council believes the standing premier to be unfit for their leadership role they can vote for impeachment of the premier. If the premier is voted out of power then the Vice Premier will take power.
Section 3: Elections
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and, shall be prescribed in each Nation, but the Supreme Council may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.
Section 4: Legislative Process
Bills will be made by the senator
Section 5: Powers of The Supreme Council
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To regulate Commerce with nations inside the region;
To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization to the region;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
To constitute Tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;
To vote on regional condemnations of nations in the region;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulations for the region;
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District as may, by Cession of particular nations, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the Jewel Robotox Nations;
