The Northern Earth 3.0 Treaty Organisation (NETCO) is an intergovernmental military alliance between 13 Earth 3.0 countries. The organisation implements the North Earth 3.0 Treaty that was signed on 9th of Novemeber 2196.
NETCO constitutes a system of collective security, whereby its independent member states agree to mutual defense in response to an attack by any external party. The NETCO headquarters are located in New York Megacoty, UNAS, with a second headquarters located in Onscow, The Soviet Onions and the Baltics.
Since its founding, the admission of new member states has increased the alliance from the original 3 countries to 13. The most recent member state to be added to NETCO was the New Yi Empire The combined military spending of all NETCO members constituted a major amount of Earth 3.0 spending. Members agreed that their aim is to reach or maintain the target defense spending of at least 4% of their GDP
