The judge must be completely impartial and express no opinion on the matter at hand as per article IV clause 4.2b of the constitution.

The judge has a right to adjourn the case if needed. (e.g. they have to go or need more time to consider the case).

Amends article IV of the constitution to fit these new laws.

Medal for General Service to the Republic, which is for things that aren't in the 2 above medals and Is also granted by the President.

Medals can be added by the President or in a poll if new fields of service to the republic arise.

If the Lead Military General or President are caught giving medals in cronyism or corruption, it is a valid reason for a trial of impeachment.
