Miencraft, MinovdigonArt. I. In recognition of the current state of affairs in Libertatem, the nations of
Auxorii and Rateria come together in a force of strength & friendship, paving the way for future ‘Tatemite nations to come by founding The ‘Tatemite Defense Alliance, also known as the Ballyrú-Ecadon Pact on the 29th of November, 2022 - said body will be henceforth referred to as the Alliance. Art. II. The purpose and mission of the Alliance is to foster ‘Tatemite culture and ideology within the region and to protect the interests of member-‘Tatemite nations, especially in regards to sovereignty and regional influence; as well as to promote and carry out missions on behalf and for the benefit of Libertatem based in defense operations.
Subsec. I. All future members of the Alliance must have at least a moderate rating of Civil Rights based on in-game statistics.
Art. III. The Alliance will defend its member-states to the fullest of its abilities; an attack on one member of the Alliance will be taken as an attack on all members and will be responded to as such.
Art. IV. All member-states on admittance to joining the Alliance are expected to divert a significant amount of resources and funding to their respective national militaries, to strengthen the overall might of the Alliance.
Art. V. Premier of Auxorii, Joseph Rú, will serve as the first chairman of the Alliance; all governing positions or offices of the Alliance will be decided internally based on unanimous agreement of member-states, as well as changes to them. All nation-states interested in joining the Alliance will be admitted automatically after unanimous agreement of the already member-states.
